Cooperative Parts Replacement Coverage
This plan provides customers with 24-hour technical phone support. A system engineer can remote into your system in order to check monitor logs and environmental status. If on-site service is required, we offer next-day service response as a guarantee. The plan includes critical spares as well.
With this option, you'll have coverage from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with guaranteed next-day service. You'll also have 24-hour technical phone support, as well as remote support from system engineers. Critical spares are included with this plan.
Enjoy coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a guaranteed four-hour on-site response time. Additionally, you'll have 24-hour phone support and access to remote system engineers.
